The circuit used to operate the pnp BJT as the switch is similar that use for the npn BJT. The parameters of the large-signal model of the pnp diode used in this circuit are listed in Table 4.4. The input applied to this circuit and the output measure at terminal(2) are shown in Figure A.10. In this figure, v(2) represents the output from SPICE, vout represents the output from SEAMS and vc1 represents the voltage across the input capacitor as observed in SEAMS.
