Notes on your Poster Exhibit: ---------------------------- 1. You will not be able to lean posters up against a wall - hence you should provide some support to them to allow them to stand freely on the table. 2. Allow 4.5 feet of table space lengthwise and 3 feet of table space widthwise. 3. Posters should have easily readable (including large enough font) short paragraphs explaining: a. Motivation b. Questions you addressed c. Methods you used d. Experiments you ran e. Results of the experiments f. Conclusions 4. Illustrations (especially in color) are welcome 5. There will be limited space in front of your posters for an actual model of your project or actual component. However, we encourage such items. 6. If you need more than 4.5 feet of table space lengthwise, let us know and we will get you more. 7. If you have a huge example to exhibit (for example, a foosball table) let us know and we will make space for it. Please note, there is an elevator near the exhibition area so it should not be difficult getting a large exhibit into the demonstration area. 8. Time to begin setting up: 10:00AM.
